FAQ / Shop Policies

Production Lead Times -

We are a small shop and all items are made to order. Lead times can vary depending on the availability of components and the number of orders in the queue. We try our best to be prompt, but please be patient if it takes an extra couple of days for your order to ship!

  • Camera straps: 2 weeks

  • Custom color bags: 3-4 weeks

Domestic Shipping -

Shipping within the United States is via USPS First-Class Package Service or UPS. Typically, delivery takes 3-5 days, but with the ongoing pandemic, delays on some packages are to be expected. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking info.

Local pickup is encouraged! If you live in the Twin Cities and would like to pick up your order in Minneapolis, shoot us a message!

International Shipping -

Yes, we do ship internationally, but we are not responsible for packages once they leave the United States. All shipping addresses must be in English, the online shipping service we use does not accept characters or special symbols.

Economy shipping is via USPS First Class Package, typically 2-3 weeks* + customs processing time. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking info. Local carriers are responsible for updating tracking once the package leaves the United States and the availability of tracking varies by the destination country. It is not uncommon for tracking to show our regional processing facility (in Illinois) until it clears customs in the destination country. *Due to COVID-19, the USPS is currently experiencing extreme delays for some international orders with economy shipping. International customers, please very patient and aware that economy shipping service could take up to 3 months.

We also offer upgraded UPS Expedited and Express shipping options, which are faster, more reliable, and have better tracking.

Buyers are responsible for any and all customs/import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to importing items from the US to the destination country. Please be aware of your responsibility as an importer. In some countries, your package may be held in customs until fees are paid. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. In extreme cases, it can take up to 90 days to clear customs. If your package is late, please check with your local post/ customs office as it may be waiting for import fees to be paid.

Returns -

If you are unhappy with your order or the product does not meet your expectations, we gladly take returns. You must ship the item back to us within the first two weeks of receiving it. Item must be returned in new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us so we can expect it in the mail. If it was an error on our part, it will be corrected at no cost to you.

Roll Packs / Backpacks -

We get a lot of questions about when Roll Packs and Backpacks will be back in-stock. They are on pause while we focus on camera straps, but we hope to do a couple of limited runs in the near future. Follow along on Instagram for shop announcements and product drops! @ps_bagworks

Custom work -

At the moment we are not able to take on custom projects or ‘co-branded’ collaborations.

Liability -

You are responsible for your personal safety and those around you, the safety of your property, and using our products in a safe manner. Use split rings in conjunction with camera quick releases to prevent cords from fraying, check the condition of the quick connector loops regularly. Secure all loose straps and cords on bike bags so they do not get tangled in wheels, gears, or other moving parts. We are not responsible for personal injury or damaged equipment in the case of a product failure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Ride and gram at your own risk!!!
